  • 8 cups chopped Tuscan kale
  • ½ (4-ounce) package sliced Fiorucci® 100% Natural Uncured Genoa Salami, chopped
  • ½ (4-ounce) package sliced Fiorucci® 100% Natural Uncured Hard Salami, chopped
  • ½ (4-ounce) package sliced Fiorucci® 100% Natural Uncured Pepperoni, chopped
  • 2 medium green and/or red pears, diced
  • 1 cup shaved aged Parmesan cheese (using vegetable peeler)
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts
  • ⅓ cup sweetened dried cherries
